Career Path and Education
Born in Danville, Illinois on December 10, 1952. Admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1978. Also admitted to practice before the US District Courts, Southern District of Indiana and Central District of Illinois. Preparatory education at Wabash College graduating with a B.A. in 1975. Legal Education at South Texas College of Law, graduating with a J.D. in 1978. Served as Prosecuting Attorney of Fountain County, Indiana from 1983 to 1990. Served on Indiana Prosecuting Attorney Council, State Chairman from 1988 to 1989. Member of the Fountain County Bar Association and the Indiana State Bar Association.

State Board Member of National Wild Turkey Federation. Past President of the National Wild Turkey Federation State Board. Owner, operator and breeder of Golden and Labrador Retrievers at Green Acres Kennels in Kingman, Indiana.
